Corn Crisp Bhajiya

Bhookhe pet bhajan na hoi – one has to be satisfied in order to do Bhajan . The Kanh Kunvarji loves this crisp savory , crunchy and nutritious . Let us make this tempting Kalewa for our Thakurji.

Ingredients

  • 1Cup Corn kernels
  • 1Cup Gram flour / Besan
  • 1 inch piece of Ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 handful of coriender leaves
  • 2 Cheese cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Ghee for deep frying.

Preparation Method

Crush corn coarsely , along with chilli , ginger, coriander leaves.

Add Besan, salt, turmeric, grated cheese and mix well.Make a loose batter.

Heat Ghee in a frying pan , drop small balls of batter and fry golden brown .

Drain and strain on a tissue paper .

Offer this crunchy crisp bhajiya with green chutney with a Tulsi dal to your KanhKunvar ji.
