Sweet Potato Cream
Ingredients
- 2 Sweet Potatoes /Shakarkand /Sakariya
- Milk 1 cup
- Sugar to taste
- Pistachu for Garnishing
- Cardamom powder 1
Preparation Method
Boil the Sweet Potatoes , peal and mash on cooling.
Blend with Boiled , cool milk with sugar , cardamom powder.
Pour in a bowl and garnish with Pistachu finely chopped.
Offer this filling , smoothie to Shri Thakurji with a Tulsi leaf.
