Paav Bhaji

Initially a street food for labourers is now a proper light and sumptous meal / Kalewa – packed with the goodness of veggies , vitamins and taste. Let us make this quick favourite snack to offer to Shri Thakurji.
Ingredients
- Veggies –
- Bottle gaourd
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Green peas
- Tomatoes
- Capsicum
- Coriender leaves chopped
- Lemon
- Pav Bhaji Masala
- Paav
- Butter
- Salt to taste.
Preparation Method
Peel, cut the veggetables in big pieces to cook them in a steam cooker with minimal water.
Puree tomatoes, green chilli, ginger
Heat Butter add the puried tomatoes and the Paav Bhaji masala and saute for few minutes.
Meanwhile blend the pressure cooked vegetable.
Now add the vegetables mix well – add salt and cook
When done add chopped coriender leaves , lemon juice now top it up with butter cube.
Paav buns are ready – or you can bake them at home also, garnish the buns with butter and roast on greased pan – for hot crisp bread buns to be served with hot Bhaji .
