Pasta in Green Sauce

Present times PASTA -Italian by origin is a popular with younger generation and so our Shri Thakurji. Let us prepare this nutritious , sumptuous bowl of Pesto Pasta full of taste and cheesy to tease your taste buds.
- 1 cuo boiled cut Macroni
- 1cup chopped Red, Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup boiled Corn kernels
- For the suace –
- 2cups milk
- 1tbs flour
- Cheese Spread
- Boiled puried Spinach 1 cup.
- Salt to taste .
Heat butter in a pan and add flour – constantly saute for 1 min -then add milk stirring constantly to prevent lumps formation.
As the sauce thickens add boiled Macroni , chopped Bell pepper, corn kernels and spinach puree mix well and add salt. Mix a table spoon of cheese spread to give the dish a cheesy texture.
Cook for just 1 minute and take off the stove.
Serve a helping in a bowl and serve with a Tulsi leaf to Shri Thakurji to relish this delightful dish .
