Potato Crisp Pakori

Potato crisp Pakori is the all time favrouite savoury with young and old. Best Kalewa in Winters / Monsoon, easily made at the shortest notice. Let us check it out.
- Green Masala – Coriander leaves , Green chilli
- Gram flour / Besan 1 cup.
- Salt to taste
- Dry powdered masala.
- Ghee for deep frying.
Peel and chop the Potatoes in fine chips .
To the besan add salt, finely chopped coriander leaves, chillies and dry masala such as little Turmeric. Use water to make a thick batter to fold in the Potato chips.
Heat the Ghee in a deep frying pan or Kadhai. Avoid using oil for Shri Thakurji samagri.
Now dip and cover each chips with besan batter and deep fry in hot ghee.
please turn on the sides to fry it golden on both sides.
Strain on tissue paper to avoid excess fat.
Serve these piping hot crisp Pakori to Shri ji Maharaj with a tulsi dal and loads of love.
