Shekla of Bhaat
Rice the staple diet of many Indians – the cuisine is loaded with Rice recipes, in enormous forms . Here we re going to make these Pudla / Chilla called Bhaat Shekla , teamed with green chutney.
- 1 cup cooked Rice mashed
- 2 tbs Wheat Flour
- 2tbs Curds
- 1tbs chopped coriander leaves
- 1 green chilli chopped [optional]
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp termeric powder
- 1tbs Sesme seeds
- Ghee for cooking.
Mix the mashed rice, curd, wheat flour, coriander leaves, chilli, sesme seeds, salt and termeric powder to a thick mixture.
Heat a non stick plate to make round Pudlas, thick and crisp – lacing with ghee and cooking on both the sides.
Serve on a platter with green Chutney to Shriji with divine Tulsi on top.
