Jai Shri Krushna ,
Moraiya , the vrat millet is usd extensively to prepare Ekadashi Rasoi .
- Boil and reduce milk for 2 mins.
- Add washed and drained Moriya Millets. Mix and cook till the millet is cooked.
- Add mixed dry fruits and Sugar and mix , keep cooking.
- The Samagri get thickend . Stop flame and add Cardamom powder. Mix well and cool –
- Serve in a bowl this filling delight and top with Tulsi leaf and offer with delight this delicious preparation.
