Vegetable Beaten Rice
Beaten Rice is commonly known as Poha . These are healthy and light as breakfast snack for Children and Old alike.
- 1 cup soaked Poha
- 1 cup chopped Carrots, Capsicum , Tomatos ,Potatoes, Green Peas.
- 1tsp. Coriander chopped
- 1/2 Lemon
- Mustard seeds for seasoning
- curry leaves.
- salt to taste.
- 1/4 tsp termeric powder.
- Ghee / Oil .
Heat a pan and add Ghee and mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add the chopped veggies , salt and termeric and cook till slightly done.
Add the soaked Poha and mix well , now add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Serve the bowl for Shri Thakurji with Tulsi leave.
